how do I make this big bird smash cake

I am doing a Big Bird smash cake for a first birthday cake, would like it to be siimilar to the one in the attached file I tried to find where the photo came from May be one of our CC bakers . Was thinking of doing a couple of stacked cupcakes and going from there. any suggestions...? I dont have the time to play with this one I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get on this one.

couldnt get it to attach but it looks like it came up with a name so I wil try to search for the bakers name. will try to attach another photo I was given similar to the one I tried to post previously

found our cc baker WCONEILL, I did msg our baker to see if I can get instructions .. I am so such in need of help on this one. since no time to play with it. thanks everyone
