Hey everyone I have to make a cake for a friend and her request was a louis vuitton purse cake. I found the stencil I can use but I am so lost as to what size cake to make. She needs it for only 10-15 people but I would need to stack and carve so im not sure what size to make???? Thanks in advance. I would prob use 2 8" square pans and cut them in half and stack them so the cake is 4"x 8". It will feed more people than necessary, but I would rather have too much cake than a tiny purse.
