You can purchase it through Global Sugar Art at globalsugarart.com. They have great customer service and are willing to help with your questions. It is not easy to work with in the aspect that it is heated to a very high heat in order to make the sticks a liquid and high temperature sugar burn deeply. Care is needed to work with it and prevent severe burns.
