Hi All pls i need your help can you give me a recipe for a simple birthday cake that can be tiered, i normaly use this measurement and recipe
1 cup margarine/butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
5 Eggs
1 cup milk
flavoring
lemon rind
11/2 tsp baking powder
but my cake always comes out a bit strong, not as soft or moist as i would love it to be can you pls tell give a recipe that the cake will come out moist and soft and can also be use for tiered cakes thanks
