Ballet Shoes

Hi,
I need to make ballet shoes for the top of a 9inch cake, does anyone know where I can find a template or tutorial? I've searched google and CC without finding anything useful.
If any of you fellow CC-ers can help I'd appreciate it thumbs_up.gif

Thanks both of you for you replies, I am going to have a go at making these on Sunday which is well in advance of when I need them for but want to get it right so need to leave time just in case..........!
