I recieved two cute little iron skillets for Christmas - one was packaged as a 'cookie kit' - it had a recipe on the back and some dry ingredients in a bag. the other was a brownie kit. Can't wait to try them BUT will need a recipe for the dry ingredients if i ever want to use more then once
The cookie recipe on the back says to add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 cup softened butter to dry ingredients, mix and add to skillet. bake for 10 min. the dry ingredients are in a baggy and include flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and sodium bicarbonate but the amounts of each are not given ;(
The brownie recipe on the back of the package says to add 1 egg and 1/4 cup of softened butter to the dry ingredients.
In both cases the dry ingredients look to be about 1 cups worth and the skillets are about 6 inches in diameter.
I'm hoping someone has a suggestion of what amounts of dry ingredients to use or a recipe i can try so that this cute little skillet doesn't go to waste?
