I would like to rent out cupcake stands in different sizes. What would be the best way to charge? A deposit? A fee plus a deposit (to account for wear and tear?) Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

Full cost as deposit + 1/3 the cost as a rental fee.

I charge full replacement cost (incl. shipping to obtain a new one) as a deposit at time of contract signing. If returned undamaged, the client gets 75% of their deposit back.
