Saludos!!! Alguien que lleve tiempo modelando y me pueda ayudar. Queria saber por que las piezas se arrugan y cuartean. Yo utilizo la masa de Tylose-gumpaste,y uso manteca en las manos e utensilios. Cuando hago una pieza queda bien pero cuando la pego, se va arrugando y cuarteando. Alguien me puede decir por que ocurre esto o si estoy haciendo algo mas. Podre la foto para q me evaluen. Hola, yo no soy una experta en modelados. La verdad que soy pésima pero mi esposo hace un buen trabajo modelando figuras. Yo le pongo un poco de tylosa al fondant de Wilton y el la amasa hasta estar bien caliente. Esto hace que las arrugas se le vayan al fondant antes de modelar. Luego ya modelado se seca sin arrugas. Espero poder ayudarte.

Pueden ser varios factores. La receta que estas utilizando y/o como manejas la masa... Prueba con varias recetas, además, debes asegurarte de no dejar arrugas antes de modelar, sino, cuando seca, esas pequeñas arrugas se abren. Otro factor puede ser alta humedad. A mi me pasaba.
