so I want to try the large cupcake for my MIL Bday this weekend & thought I would get a head start..yeah right. I greased it lightly w/ crisco & painted on 2 coats. Wouldn't slide out so ran hot water over the back & got a mushy mess...HELP icon_cry.gif Should I heavily grease it? What's the trick ? Thanks

Hi, I'm not sure if this will help but I heard that refrigerating it first before popping it out helps.

When I did this I did not grease it. I popped it in the fridge after I coated the pan with the candy melts a few times. After it was chilled about 15 minutes or so, I tapped the pan a few times on the counter and it came out. At first it didn't seem like it was going to come out, but after a few moments it came out. Just do it again and it will work. This is a good pic tutorial. HTH http://alittlemisstypea.blogspot.com/2010/04/giant-cupcake-liner.html
