How Can I get the Second Digital Magazine?

I have emailed them twice and no reply. I received the first one but no number two I have a sub. Do not know my sub. number. I hope I get the next print magazine. Can someone send it to me?

I'm in the exact same boat as you... Got the first download, I've emailed them twice, and I'm not sure what my sub. number is either.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this edition of the magazine. I hope they send me the info so I can download it soon.

I never got any emails for any digital copy at all. I'm so frustrated by all of this.

I have emailed twice and posted here and have not received anything from the magazine. This is just frustrating. Do I need to email someone special? What do I need to do to actually get the link for the second digital copy?

Forget it. I have been calling and e,ailing everyone. I never got the magazine I ordered over a year ago. Going to contact the BBb in their area.

Shocking service - I have emailed 11 times phoned 7 times - never got a reply to any of my correspondence. I reside overseas and paid an extra $50 for shipping - so very frustrated - their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. So I sent an e-mail requesting information and received a response (within the week) with a link to the magazine. Unfortunately, it was a link to the FIRST download and not the second. I just don't have the time or energy to keep trying....
