I'm just getting started and beginning to familiarize myself with different online resources for buying ingredients in bulk. In addition to the ones listed in previous posts, does anyone have any suggestions for buying parchment and other bakery paper in bulk? I'm really interested in parchment and sturdy boxes for cakes as well as smaller, more decorative gift boxes for cookies & favors. I've tried my local BJs and Sams, but they only seem to just carry the rolls of parchment in multi-packs. I'd prefer to have the flat sheets of parchment so that I can also used them more easily for cornets and cut the m out easier.

Their boxes are extremely high quality, well priced if you order in lots of 100 and they have amazing customer service. You can order sample boxes from their and just pay shipping. This helped me decide on color and sizes I needed.

I'm a very very small business. So I partenered with a few other people and split a bulk order. I also make sure I boxes I can use for multiple cake sizes. So I ordered 10 inch boxes for 6 inch and 8 inch cakes etc. I really love the dozen size cupcake boxes and inserts as well.

They don't sell other supplies like parchment though.
