Tiffany Cake Box

Hi I am wondering if anyone has made a Tiffany box cake or similar box type cake. How do you make the separate top and bottom?

I've always wondered too so I Googled Box Cake Tutorial and came on a free video from Pink Cake Box that was wonderful. Happy watching and learning.
