Where is my free download to Nov Cake Central mag??

Did anyone get the email containing the free download for the November edition? I got the email for the September edition but none for the November edition. I had to ask twice before I got the September edition download.

I am VERY frustrated with Cake Central's handling of this. I paid for my subscription 9 months ago and have only gotten one "digital" edition for my money so far. And, it was a huge effort to get that. Might I also add - I paid for a hard copy subscription.

I also ordered a subscription a while ago and have only received 1 digital mag. I was under the impression I was ordering a real hold in my hands, add to my library magazine. I have also been wondering what is going on with this. I haven't received a link for November either...

Everyone who subscribed before Nov 21, 2011 should have received their download link via email.
So you should have definitely received your email with download info for Vol2 Iss2 a few weeks ago.

It's possible that the email was filtered as spam, or was bounced for one reason or another.
Just let our customer service department know and they will resend it to you.

Jackie - I have been sending emails to customer service for a week now requesting the information to download the latest issue and still no link for the November issue of the magazine nor any response to my multiple email requests. I purchased my subscription June 12, 2011 and my order number is 40779. Please send the link!!!

Jackie - thank you for responding - the link was sent to me and the November issue of your magazine is just beautiful! Every page is gorgeous - even the ads! The Best Edible Gift stories by Nereida P and Laura H were so touching, I was sobbing. You have a wonderful magazine and I look forward to many more future issues. Thank you again for resolving this problem so quickly!

I have not yet received the November digital issue altho I did get the September.

No reply from the customer service department. to my email inquiry.

I'm curious, I cancelled my subscription last year. If I wanted to buy an issue, even a downloadable issue, would I be able to do that? If so, how?

there is no hard copy of the November issue, it was always advertised as a bonus digital issue.
