I have been asked to do a shoebox cake for a sweet sixteen, but they don't want any fondant on the cake. Is it possible for me to do the shoebox in all buttercream? I'm afraid it will start looking sloppy when I try to do the lid. It's a closed shoebox. Any tips/ideas? Thanks everybody!
