I need a filling for a white cake, I was thinking of just some sort of easy yet yummy cream filling. It is a 3 tier cake, lemon with lemon curd filling and chocolate with white chocolate cream filling. I don't want to do strawberry or anything fruity really. I also don't want to do an instant pudding as my mother just suggested.

Any suggestions appreciated of fillings you would pair for a white cake. (with reciepes would be even better)

thanks in advance for any help!!
Erin

My first thought was to suggest a raspberry filling, but you said no fruit. I think a Bavarian cream filling would be nice. You can search the web for all kinds of recipes. Not sure what kind of baking you do, but you can find scratch recipes on the web which start out the old fashioned way, like a cooked custard with egg yolks, or there are some recipes that start with vanilla pudding.
