Hi could some one please help me,I have a cake to make this weekend, and itis a house, please could someone tell me how to make a roof for the house and also do I use ganache to stick the fondant on the cake or buttercream, thank you.

You use buttercream to stick the fondant to the cake. if it is not a big cake, try graham crackers.
