i have a request for a cake for a 10yr old girl, 'just do something girly' was the request. . . . easy i thought but i am now having sleepless nights :/. . . . . she is a girly girl but doesnt want anything too young like castles, fairies, etc but nothing to old either like handbags and shoes. If she likes animals, pets - cats, dogs, horses. Or sweets cake - one of these with giant lollypops, candies. You can also always use flowers on all these cakes.

How about a gift box adorned with a large bow and lots of "curly ribbon". Can be birthday girl's favorite colors and pattern for gift wrap can be flowers, butterflies, etc.

Polka dots, stripes, ruffles. Bright pink and green colors, maybe with some purple and yellow. Daisies or other flowers are also very girly. Cakes like this are really fun, enjoy it!
