I was wondering if there is a site or post here on CC regarding the types of borders that can be made from each decorator's tip? I know that the rose tip can be used for a rose, rounds for dots, and so on, but I saw once a picture of what each can do if used for borders on cakes. TIA

The youtube link above only shows star-tip borders. I like a ruffled leaf tip at times... give it a try!

The old Wilton Way of Decorating Encyclopedia, book 3 (out of print for years) is excellent for this.

I have a Wilton book I bought last year that is full of all of the tips and color pictures of every size in an example for each style.
