If you are making the royal icing at the site, then you'll need your mixer. I also add either clear vanilla or almond (or both) to my royal icing, but that's just a personal preference. Also, I use wooden dowels as guides when rolling out my cookies. But maybe you have the rubberband guides on your rolling pin. Also, maybe a cooling rack for the cookies and bags for folks to take the cookies home in.
Good luck!

Flour to dust the surface you are rolling the cookie dough out on as well as the rolling pin.

Here is my list for a cookie decorating class I'm doing in 3 weeks. I'm bringing the cookies pre-baked so my list will be far shorter than yours but you may see something on my list that you forgot to add to yours.

Plastic wrap/ Ziploc bags/trash bag
Scissors
Wax paper for sugaring
Paper towels
Icing/Icing colors (red, white, blue, yellow)
Red, opal sugar
Silver dragees/Snowflakes/sanding sugar
Templates and training materials
Starter kits(pastry bags, couplers, tips, meringue powder, cookie cutter)/cookies
Table cloths/paper plates/aluminum pans/plastic cups to hold pastry bag
Disposable pastry bags/rubber bands
Plastic squeeze bottles

BTW, I just completed my lesson plan. If you would like to see it, P.M. me.

@Pasquerto,

I sent you a PM. Just want to make sure you got it as I've been getting error messages due to the site upgrade.
