Hi,

I am trying to get a recipe that is strong enough and dries quickly enough to glue a gingerbread house together that does not use meriwhite or meringue powder?

I have experimented and googled but????? need help please

I've used melted chocolate for that -- works like a charm! icon_biggrin.gif

The choco is an excellent suggestion and has been used by many.
Another idea is to add just enough water to powdered sugar to make a thick mud. OR melt granulated sugar. This needs to be kept hot and can burn but is another option for you.
