Hi,

I cannot use any dairy in the cake I'm making for my niece. I find most American buttercreams too sweet, so I'm looking for a recipe that's not gritty and not so sweet that it makes me want to drink a glass of milk right away! Lol.

My niece does not want fondants, so I have to make a white bc due to the design she wants.

Help!

You could try the recipe here, replacing the butter with crisco and the milk with soy, almond, coconut or any other non milk beverage.
