Cuando debo echar syrop al tupsy

Tengo esa duda debo mojarlo antes o despues. Lo que pasa es que el ponque es muy suave y no se.

Antes o después de qué? Yo te recomiendo que lo mojes despues de mojarlo si es que vas a hacer el topsy que lleva el hoyo en el centro o puees mojarlo y congelarlo, luego lo cortas congelado. Es mucho mejor así.

osea le hago la forma de sombrero a los 2 bizcochos, sin mojarlos y mientras esten duritos. Le hago el hoyo al de abajo, luego de que este cortado lo mojo?

Tambien me gustaria saber cuanto sirop le echo. Es que no quiero que se me moje la pasta y/0 el frosting,pero a la vez quiero que quede mojadito. Yo siempre sigo la tabla de medidas y no tengo problemas, pero al tener que cortar etc. tengo mis dudas. El bizcocho es de 10" y 6". A proposito, debere hacer los bizcochos mas grandes? para que me rindan las porciones? Ayyyy, que mucha preguntadera... lo se...
