I was planning on making a cake with a lemon pie filling, my question is would it be able to sit out side for a bit, and would could i use to decorate it with, a good butter cream or some thing else please help, cake has to be done by this afternoon 4 pm. my time.

Hi. I think that it is possible to use this. How long are you leaving it outside? As long as you use a good BC dam and then the filling inside it should be okay. You could decorate it with a good BC, maybe flavor it with lemon extract to match the filling. Hoepfully someone else might be able to give you some other advice.
