What's the best way to get a cake to look like a iceberg/snowy??
I've done spiky royal icing but I do want it to be flat across most of the cake.[/img]

crusting BC whitened with Wilton whitener, then use Wilton cake sparkles. Here's an example of one I did last year that I used them on to get the sparkly effect.
