OK Cake Central experts. I normally get the best advice/answers to my questions. Let's see you can deliver on this one....lololol..... I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A CUPCAKE FROSTING PRODUCTION MACHINE. Don't know what I mean? I want one of the machines that fill in the batter and frost for you... at like 1 million at a time (but I'll settle for like 2dz @ a time). LOL! Of course I don't want a huge industrial sized one like manufacturers use, but I would LOVE one that can fit into a normal home.

I'm probably asking for too much... but if anyone out there is in the business of designing these machines.... I'd be the first one to buy it.

check out the EZFrost machine. It doesn't do the cupcake batter but it does a great job of frosting without having to squeeze the piping bag. I know several cupcake shops that are using it and they love it!

ACan you tell me how to get in touch with a representative of the EZ Frost machine? I've been trying to get in touch with someone from Belknap Automation - the creators of the machine - SEVERAL times but they have not returned my call. I would also appreciate if someone could give me their honest feedback about the machine. It looks like it would speed up production but is it easy to use, does it have a cooling system so the frosting does not melt or thin out - especially my cream cheese based frostings which seems to melt easier ,is it easy to clean, etc. any feedback would be appreciated. Don't forget to let me know how to get in touch with a representative.

Something that frosts a million cupcakes at home might be tough to find...

I was watching the EZfrost video and whoa...maybe it's for demo purposes, but they put SO MUCH frosting on the cupcakes, it looked more like soft-serve ice cream!

AHello I am not sure what has happened but you can go to the web page at www.ezfrost.com for phone numbers and contact forms. There are testimonials there from users. The machine is proving to decrease repetitive motion stress and speed kitchen efficiency. Hope that helps.

I just saw the video as well, it would be good for consistence on cupcakes.  But the amount the put in the video wouldn't that be considered as TOO MUCH frosting?
