Hello all..this is my first post on cookies, anyways I just made a batch of cream cheese sugar cookies. My son and nephew where the taster"s. I baked them @ 375 like the recipe said for about 10 min., but noticed they were kind of a pale color. They tasted fine a bit soft so I put them back for another 4 minutes. How do I know that thet are the perfect cookie? I live in Colorado I am struggleing with this altitude anyone care to share opinion's...
