My question is how long can you keep peanut butter filling in the fridge. I made it a week ago and it has been in the fridge since then.

I would think it would depend on how you made the filling. For example, when I make peanut butter filling, I mix peanut butter in with my regular buttercream. In that case, it would keep as long as the regular buttercream would last.

What recipe did you use for the filling? Maybe we can offer suggestions based on that.
