Modeling Chocolate First Timer - HELP!

Thread Starter
I'm making modeling chocolate to cover a rkt figurine. All of the modeling chocolate recipes say to leave it sit overnight. Does this mean leave it to sit on the rkt figure? Or let it sit and then mold it over the rkt??

Also, does the rkt have to be covered with frosting or anything first, similar to covering with fondant?

If anyone's done this before, any helpful hints would be appreciated! icon_biggrin.gif

Once you make the chocolate you let it sit over night, THEN the next day use it to cover your RKT icon_smile.gif
