I'd really like to buy a turntable soon, and although I haven't done much in the way of large cakes I would like a heavy metal one that will last me when I do go on to them.
I've heard good things about Ateco and Fat Daddio's, but I can't find a supplier in the UK.
So, my question is: Do you know of anywhere I can buy a decent turntable from in the UK? I really don't want t get slapped in the face with customs charges

try ebay, im in the uk and have seen loads when im browsing good luck.

I tried ebay and they do have a few that are described as 'heavy', but they aren't branded so I've no way knowing how they are as I can't search for reviews

I use a cheap plastic Wilton one, it does the trick.

I know a couple of people who bought a turntable for serving food (like a wooden one from Ikea) and that is what they use.

I can't stand any of the Wilton products I have, so I think I would rather go for the Lazy Susan

I use a wooden lazy Susan , had it before I started decorating cakes. It works fine for me . Good luck
