I am headed to San Antonio at the beginning of next month. Does anyone know of some places that might offer different types of cake decorating classes? I would like to find something to fill my time while I am there. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can contact www.FROSTINGCREATORSSA(note all caps). They are a cake club in town, and you can contact the president, Karen Richardson. Her number is on the website. Also you can call AGS cake supply; there are several locations, but the store I go to is at this number (210) 377-0240 HTH!
