Hi All: Although I decorate cakes, I love to do any kind of baking. I have had some friends ask me what I would charge for a desert tray w/cookies, brownies, oreo balls, cake slices and candy on them. I have no idea how to price this....HELP AND THANKS!
Factor in how much you would charge for each of them individually - that's what I would do. If you're not a bakery where you would be baking these types of things daily, then you would have to do a batch of each one - so definitely factor that into your pricing. Hope that is helpful!

You would price it along the same lines that you price a cake. Cost of supplies/overhead plus labor plus profit.
I'm in Canada, and around here dessert platters in stores start at $40 for a small one. Depending on what size you are planning on making I would charge anywhere from $60+. Hope that helps a little.
I already have them on my menu, so it is easy. I price just like my cakes... ingredients, overhead, and time.
When pricing, don't be too quick to discount. This will take time.
