This might be a dumb question - but do you put all the batter in and then torte? Do you use a nail so it cooks more evenly?

Phyllis, yes cook all batter at once and torte later. I have tried with and without the nail and it does not seem to make a difference.

Thanks so much - I'm also guessing I bake it at 325? I'm sure it will take awhile to bake.
