I'm making some Whoopee pies for a bake sale this weekend. Have you ever made them? I'm making red velvet with Cream cheese filling and chocolate with Peanut butter filling.

What should I put for the price? I want them to be able to make money off of them, but I don't want them not to sell by being over priced? Should I just let them price them?

Thanks. icon_smile.gif

There's a huge thread on them in the archives.

It depends on the size you make them. Bake sales need low prices in order for them to make money. I just did a carnival for a school fair. I gave them the cookies, but they were quarter pound chocolate chip cookies. They sold them for $1.00 each, but they were huge. Just be ready to lower the prices of all of the products as the day goes on.

How do I get to the archives, just search for whoopee pies?
