I always throw away my egg yolks from a white cake order. What do you do with left over egg yolks?? It would be nice to put them to use elsewear.

I freeze mine, and use in recipes that call for only egg yolks.

This is why I use egg whites in a carton for WASC and other recipes. No waste and you can freeze them and just dethaw a carton when you need them.
