I have a request for a 4 tier wedding cake. The bottom layer will be Rice Krispy Treats. The other three layers need to be fondant covered carrot cake. I'm a little concerned about using carrot cake because it is so moist. Does anyone have a yummy recipe that will stand up to stacking and fondant? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi,
It doesn't really matter to me. I just want it to taste good and hold up to stacking (sps) and fondant. I'm very concerned that the cake will "fall apart" or "fall down". Any help is appreciated. I haven't been able to find any previous threads dealing with this issue and I'm beginning to get worried. :/

I've always used the Wiltons recipe, I add extra pecans and raisins, comes out great. do watch out when transporting. A sudden stop can see the cake leave the cake board.
