I have a silicone mould that i got from ebay (still available) the size of the actual martini glass is about 2cms tall just time consuming if you have lots to do as you can only make 1 at a time, good luck with your search.

I get Williams Sonoma and Sur la Table catalogs all the time, and I swear to you I've seen one in there very recently. Did you check their websites?

If you have a cake store, it will be there. I just bought one and a margarita glass one for $1 each.

I just googled martini cookie cutter and came up with all kinds of them. Most of them are 5 inches tall. I am not sure if that size will work but, I didn't look at that many of the sights maybe someone has a different size.

Michaels has them, they are green and in with the cookie cutters. Not sure of the price though, sorry.
