Necesito tutorial de topsy turvy pero con el ponque

Alguien que me ayude porque mi temor es que se me caiga al ponerlo encima del foam. Ademas pienso que se pierde mucho bizcocho al hacerlo torta sobre torta ( estilo sombrero ).
Alguien me ayuda?

Lo que pasa es que no se cuanto mojarlo, si lo mojo antes de hacerle el carving o si debo, congelarlo. tambien necesito saber para cuantas personas sale un tupsy. Estoy pensando hacerlo de 12" y 8" pero no se cuanto bizcocho se desperdicia y cuanto me va a quedar. Ay por favor ayuda porque el que quiero hacer es el de Sugarshack, pero de 2 pisos.

Voy a usar la receta del ponque y quiero hacer el tupsy turvy sin el foam. No quiero hacer el de foam todavia. Por ultimo, podre hacerlo en buttercream? Ayyyy, estoy emocionada pero necesito ayuda!
