Im going to try making a ford bronco cake for my husbands birthday, and I want to make it hunting camo, not military camo. We have a bronco and one of these years we want to camo it like the pic. I will try and post a pic. If any one has any suggestions that would be great. Thanks.

cant get the pic posted, ill figure it out. but the camo is like a realtree hunting camo.

I did camo on a princess dress for my granddaughter by doing a heavy crumbcoat and then piping in random pattern the colors of camo and then pressed the icing flat using parchment. It turned out really well and it was very easy to do.

I used a roller to smooth the piped colors in the camo bra I did, works great!
Just do it lighttly, lightly, lightlyicon_smile.gif

The hunter was turning 65, the family requested a "naughty but funny cake, PG 13"
I did a ladies chest, wearing a camo bra, and it said:
"Never Too Old to Appreciate a Great Rack!"
LOL!
Have fun

pipe on your colors, wait for it to get a good crust and then use the paper towel method, that should do it!! good luck and post pics!

Try doing a base color and the holding leaves in front of it and spray with a darker color. It will leave. Pattern on the cake. My husband dies that when he's painting his duck boat and his tree stand

That is a great idea, especially for the "break out" camo.

That particular camo looks really hard to do, but that baker nailed it!
