Just wondering about my pans. I have both magic line and fat daddio sheet cake pans. I love the way magic line bakes and I love the squared corners. However, the sides lean in when the cake is cooled and out of the pan. The fat daddio doesn't seem to do that, but the corners are rounded and it takes longer to bake. I am getting ready to purchase more round pans but I wasn't sure if anyone else has the "leaning" issue with the round pans? Gee, does that even make sense?
I just ordered some Magic Line pans so I can't help yet. However the pans I currently use also do the "leaning" thing. I can get rid of it pretty good with the icing.
My Magic Lines don't do that. Are you sure you're not overbaking by just a few minutes? I have 1 FD pan. There won't be another one in my pantry.

I agree with Leah_s....I use only Magic Line and have never experienced what you're referencing. I also am quick to guess it's from over-baking?
Thanks guys! Well, I don't think that they are over baked. I keep a pretty close eye on them and I never had that problem with the other pans. However, that is just my experience with the 9x13's. I do "spackle" to get everything even. I'll try it again. Other than that, I really like the performance of the pan. Heavy, sharp corners and even heat.
Sorry that I didn't get back sooner. For some reason, I'm not getting informed when messages come in.
As usual, I can always count on you all for good direct advice! Thanks again for your help!
