I just made my 1st ALL BUTTER butter cream and was wondering if I can just put it in a covered container and leave it out on the counter. I will be using it tomorrow? Or should I refrigerate it?
It it more creamy than the Wilton one I've been using and tastier! icon_smile.gif
Thanks,
Susie

I leave sticks of butter on my countertop for days (for use with toast, etc) and have no problem. You shouldn't either. icon_smile.gif

I make all butter buttercream all the time. You can leave it out just fine. I've even had a cake out for six days before it was finished. The preservatives in the icing sugar will keep it from going bad.
