I use Braums unsalted most, but occasionally Land o Lakes. Has anyone had good results (taste) with store brands like Walmart or HEB?

I tend to be a name brand shopper when it comes to food items, but I usually use Walmart store brand butter and can't really tell a difference. Maybe if I had it side by side with a name brand, I could tell.

I am really picky with my ingredients. I try a lot of brands and stick with what works/taste best. I have found with butter that any of the store brands work just as well. Iuse aldi's and walmarts brand with no problem

HEB butter is great. I don't care for Sam's.

I bought some HEB brand butter to try. I figure it probably won't matter for baking. I'm wondering if the store brands will work well for SMBC since that's going to be where you can taste it most.
