Hello everyone,
I am making a stacked cake for a childs b-day, the bottom will be a banana cake with cream cheese frosting, serving the adults, the top was requested to be a chocolate cake for the kids, I just bought a dram of Loranns marsmallow flavor, because I was told to do what ever as long as the cake is chocolate.
What should I do, I have never worked with Loranns before, and I wanted to go with a choc/marsmallow taste for the little ones,
should I add the dram to the cake batter, or use it in the filling,
If I use it in the filling, how much would I use because I have heard that they are very strong. Also I was just thinking of making a buttercream icing.
Or if someone has a better idea I am up for anything!!

Thank you everyone for looking, and helping if you can!

Holly

I don't know what a marshmallow tastes like...... I've eaten them for YEARS, and all I've gotten out of it is a yummy sweetness.. If it were me, I would just make a regular chocolate cake with an extra splash of vanilla..
