Hello,
I have to make iced sugar cookies, cake pops, chocolate covered pretzel rods & chocolate covered pretzels for this coming saturday. When can I start making everything? I'd like to start & finish something tomorrow. Which of these can I do ahead of time so they stay fresh? I nedd 100 of each, so I can do it all on Friday. Thanks!

I do my pretzel rods ahead of time and put in single pretzel bags and tie with ribbon to keep fresh I also keep them in the frezzer to stay fresh longer and I would bake the cookies and place in air tight containers til ready to decorate since they take at least a day to dry HTH

The choco pretzels can be done now. Even the cake pops - especially if you can keep them in the frig.
I would think you could even bake the cookies and fz them, then ice them at the the day before needed - depending on how you ice them - fondant or b'cream or royal.
