I am making a bridal shower cake in 1 week, and the color of the wedding is Pistachio...I don't know of any brand that carries that color for frostings, so does anyone know how to mix that color??? (pistachio is like a mint green)

How about using mint green with a touch of sage green or beige?

I have an Americolor avocado that seems like it should work. I think I got it when I needed to match pistchio from David's bridal this summer. I also used it for a pear cupcake tree.

Pistachio color is defined as pale yellow-green colour, like that of the pistachio nut - cut a pistachio nut and you will see exactly how it is (to me sincerely doesn't seem so pale..). Try mint green with a tiny bit of yellow.

If you can only get Wilton try moss green and golden yellow. Be sure to mix enought on the first go round because it will be terribly hard to match later.
