Jackie you are amazing! This site is such a terrific place and just when we think it can't get any better you improve it! I am amazed at your talent both as a programer and a decorater. I've learned SO MUCH here. While I really enjoyed my wilton classes I think I've learned more from this site. The best thing is the support here. Everyone is helpful and kind. I love it here and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you do so that we all can maintain our addiction!

You have done a tremendous job giving us newbies so much information. This site is just like one big family everyone helping another whether they are pros or just starting like me . You are an amazing woman to have brought so many people together for the purpose of sharing ideas and getting information . I am overwhelmed by the response from everyone on Katrina. We are pulling together to help like a family should and you are responsible for that. Keep up the good work. Your the greatest!!

I just wanted to say thank you for this site. I just started decorating cakes. I always baked got that from my grandmother. I wish she was still around to see what I have learned. She would be proud of me. I found this site also from Wilton. I have learned so much and learn more everyday. I check this site 2-3 times a day. I even told my wilton instructrutor about this site so she could check it out and now she is addicted to it also. Keep up the great work.

I love this site... I came across it a while back when I needed an idea for one of my girls cakes. My husband is a chef and we enjoy creating cakes, we have had so many compliments from friends we have just started a small home business called Dazzling Cakes here in Sydney Australia... I am not the most creative person so I love looking at the site to see what talented people are out there. Our business is very tiny and we want it to stay that way.... its for our enjoyment rather than money. I cannot believe that you are not really in the business so to speak.... you are a wonderful person to be so community minded, if only we could all be that way.

Dear Jackie, I hate you! You've ruined my life. I used to be a productive member of a sales team, focused on my "real job" and making a real difference to my company's bottom line.

Since discovering Cake Central, I'm online all day long, looking at the pretty pictures, dreaming of cake decorating greatness and yearning to have half the talent the CC members have!! I've spent probably $500 on supplies since joining CC and am beginning to have visions of grandeur of me in my own commercial kitchen, making a living off cakes.......

All kidding aside, this is a FABULOUS site. I cannot believe how supportive these women and men are. Some of these people are competitors, and yet, they take the time to help their fellow decorators.

I've seen such support for the positives - a cake that actually worked, a new pregnancy, new businesses, and so much support for the negatives, be it the hurricane, or family illness or just the sadness of a cake job gone bad.

I cannot believe you're not a decorator yourself. You certainly have my vote to be a proxy member of this great society. Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting this great site up to let all of us know that it is possible to pull some of these things off, for giving us great ideas, and of course for the great support we give and get from each other.

Thank you for all you do - I've certainly learned more from CC than I did from 30 years of watching my mom decorating cakes, and from taking all the Wilton classes.

I found this site while looking for cake decorating classes, I found the classes and now I am on my way to making great and fun cakes. I am just hoping that I can be half as good as the pictures I have seen here. Thank you for making such a wonderful website for us to live and learn on. I too have spent hours and hours looking at very beautiful cakes.

I just want to say thank you for creating this site. I have learned so much in just the short time that I have been a member. My husband thinks I'm crazy because I'm constantly using weird items on my cake. The paper towel trick was the final straw for him! Again, THANKS!!!

Thank you Jackie. I really love this website. I have already got so many new ideas on cake designs, a couple of recipes, and tips on how to work smarter. I've also got the chance to meet some wonderful cake decorators that I would have not met otherwise. I am still exploring the site and just noticed this topic, or I would have thanked you sooner!

Hi, I'm also new to this site and new to decorating cakes.....I found this site on a yahoo group I am in......I just finished course 1 Wilton Cake decorating class and taking course 2....I've posted a few of my beginning cakes, and I'm doing this as a hobby....I use this site fof ideas, tips, help, etc, etc.......I enjoy browsing at everyones photos and seeing the ideas and so on.......

I'm glad I came arcoss this site...I enjoy it!!!!!
