I was moving along in the kitchen getting my orders together & the health inspector walks in. 
She then tells me not to touch the fondant with bare hand...but I couldn't find my fitted gloves. So I was trying the other gloves & it was just drying out the fondant. Then she tells me I'm not here to inspect you just the Ennovation Center as a whole. I was so nervous that I totally messed up my flow 
....So I finally get the fondant on & know the decorations will cover the blemishes. but when I started to put the stars {that were shooting out of the cake...) They wouldn't stand up so I covered those holes & just left them out.
So I finally get to the point of delivery and ask for a cart...long walk...it took her 30 minutes & me reminding her to even ask the young man bring it out. Uggh Not to mention that half way there I remembered I didn't put the dowel rod through the middle So I was praying that the top cakes didn't slide. Thankfully It stayed in tacked.
Now I get back to the kitchen to finish another order that was supposed to be delivered at 7:30p I looked up it was 7:20p So I call her & let her know I'll be late..they were eating at Applebee's so the cupcake tower would just in time for dessert...go out to car load everything & went to gas station & I can't find my wallet anywhere
So I'm panicking because they had a lot check points going on in the city. So I finally get there @ 8:45 & begin to step up the cupcake tower. On the second layer the tower tips over... 
uggghhh! So I was doing three different flavor & most of the strawberry cupcakes tumbled. She was so kind & I was discussed. So I took off for the cupcakes that fell & took off the tower on her bill. But I really felt bad because most people wanted Strawberry & it was mostly Strawberry that fell... I wanted to shrink inside myself & disappear. 
Sorry so long...I know there will days like this ... but I wanted everything to be perfect .... But it wan't. So tomorrow I will be searching for my wallet.
