you can google pictures of castle cake. for the mix, you can use whatever you want or what your daughter likes. I made 1 for my daughter's 1st birthday too. 2 tiers. Vanilla and chocolate cake. Everything is edible. If you don't want too much work, you can buy wilton castle cake kit.
