Does anyone have a homemade recipe that is moist, but light and airy, just like Costco or Walmart? I normally use Duncan Hines, it's super moist but it crumbles really bad and it is embarrasing. I wonder can it be because I freeze the cakes first. I have to do that because I make large cakes and I usually have to start a few days ahead. HELP!
