Put 2 colors of melted candy coating in a bowl, swirl w/ a toothpick but don't fully mix, dip pop.

If anyone would know it would be you, Rae! You are a wealth of information! Thanks so much.
Or, you can do it the way I made mine. Dip in a solid color first. While the base coat is still liquid, squeeze drops of your other color(s) onto the top of the ball. Using the stick, tamp the ball on your work surface. The liquid chocolate will marble as it makes it's way down.

Maybe the same way these nails are done?

I have added the lady who made them on Facebook and in one of the photos she describes how she does it. She dips in one colour and adds drops of a second colour while the first colour is still liquid, she then twists the pops around so that the excess chocolate comes off and the colours merge.
These are so cute! I would love to try them but am new to the whole cake pop thing. I have only tried cake pops once before and the chocolate coating was too thick to allow any colors to run. Is there something I can do to thin it? It was thouroughly melted but just seemed way to thick. I didn't get a nice smooth layer like the ones you guys have here. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
mom2+1, I found this video incredibly helpful for when my coating was too thick! I made some the other day and used Crisco vegetable shortening and they came out perfectly!
