I hate those boxes the wilton tips come in. Always opening up and spilling everywhere. How does everyone else store their tips? I'm trying to figure out how to store all my tools because they're just in boxes on top of my cabinets and it's a pain when I have to get them.

Suggestions..?

Thanks in advance.

I have a fishing tackle box I keep most of my supplies in. There are lots of little compaltments and it folds up nicely

My tips are in the top tray of my wilton tool box.

I have tried the sectioned off boxes like for embroidery threads, but you either need a lot of them, or you have to store many together. When I stored alot together I found myself having to pull all of them out to find the tip.

I've also read about people storing them on thread holders, like pegs for sewing threads.

I use a nuts and bolts bin. I print a picture of the tip on a small label and stick it to the bin drawer. it stays neat clean and each tip style (I have many of each number) in its own drawer. Hangs on the wall nicely.

I'm fortunate in that I have good storage space, so I use stackable screw bin that has individual drawers for each tip. I labeled the outside of the drawer with the tip #, so they are very easy to find and keep organized.

I don't have many tips so I just keep them in a little tin box that fits nicely in my utensil drawer, about the size of a pencil box. Before I got that, I just kept them in a plastic zip lock bag and stored it in my cookie jar along with all my petal dusts.
